Their Head of Client Liaison looks after you, the public, and is Keeley Russell, her email address  is: Keeley.Russell@bblivingplaces.com

The operation is run by a company called Balfour Beatty Living Places Limited
Registered Office: Pavilion B, Ashwood Park, Ashwood Way,  Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG23 8BG.
Registered in England and Wales: Company No.02067112

Their correspondence address and head office is as follows, in case you feel that you are getting nowhere with Keeley and need to send letters to the actual company running this whole operation:

Balfour Beatty Living Places
Ashwood Park
Ashwood Way
Basingstoke
Hampshire
RG23 8BG

Tel: 01256 400 400

The legal officer is at BBLP is Emma Mead (who works part time). For legal letters to Balfour Beatty Ltd such as regarding installation of street furniture on your land by mistake, Emma recommends writing directly to:

Divisional Legal Director
Nick Wargent
Balfour Beatty Ltd
130 Wilton Rd
London
SW1V 1LQ
nick.wargent@balfourbeatty.com

My recommendation is if you need to send any letter, send it “Signed For” and it will get through and should be acted on. Or alternatively, you can send an email. Legally this has the same effect. Don’t forget your name and address. And to “sign” it just type your name at the bottom.

You can get through to Cambs County Council head of legal at this email address:
gary.ward@cambridgeshire.gov.uk

In my experience, BB acknowledge email receipt very quickly, CCC take somewhat longer.

See an example letter here.
